Anyone can experience feelings of loneliness, especially now. This workshop hosted by the Red Cross teaches young people what loneliness means and explores how loneliness can be experienced even in a crowded room. We encourage learners to use creative activities, such as telling or writing stories, to overcome loneliness in themselves as well as reaching out to others who might be feeling lonely. The young people will explore strategies to reduce loneliness, including talking to a trusted adult of friend, or joining clubs to increase and strengthen friendships.
